Meet the Staff

Beth Borchelt founded CIPT in 2001. She has 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. She is manual therapy certified through the Institute of Graduate Physical Therapy and has extensive experience and training in the treatment of spinal conditions and a diverse variety of orthopedic dysfunctions. She uses a whole body systems approach. She was a four time member of the U.S. National Rowing Team and is an avid athlete.

Karen Gallary has been an associate of Beth’s at CIPT since 2006 and coworker since 1995. She is a manual therapist with extensive training in joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise and myofascial techniques.

Beth Borchelt MS, PT, MTC

Beth earned a BS degree in kinesiology from UCLA and an MS degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. Prior to opening CIPT Beth specialized in manual orthopedic and sports physical therapy. She has been on the faculties of Northeastern University and Becker College. She lectures on sports injury management, ergonomics and TMJ dysfunction.

Karen Gallary MS, PT

Karen Gallary earned her BS and MS degrees in physical therapy from Springfield College. Prior to joining Beth at CIPT Karen was director at a physical therapy clinic in the Worcester area. She is a consultant to the Mary McInerny School of Irish step dancing and provides in house ergonomic lectures and assessment.

Noelle Humphrey

As Office Manager, Noelle Humphrey does her best to keep CIPT operating smoothly.  Her previous work as an Occupational Therapist helps her to understand the nature of patient needs, answer questions and address concerns that may arise.  Noelle enjoys helping our patients get the best experience possible here at CIPT.
